Where do you deliver?

We currently offer nationwide shipping in Malaysia, excluding Dry Ice. Shipping charges will be applied and can be viewed at checkout. Simply add the product to your cart to receive a shipping estimate on the cart page.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

For ready stock items, your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours. However, if your order includes any pre-order items, it will be packed and shipped only when all items are ready.

Klang Valley: Same-day delivery (local delivery) is available for certain areas within Klang Valley. If your address is eligible, you will see the Local Delivery option while selecting the shipping method.

East/West of Malaysia: Typically, orders arrive within 1-2 working days after shipping.

What is your business hour?

Our regular business hour are:

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy does not cover personal preferences such as “I don’t like it.” To be eligible for a return, the product must be defective or not functioning properly as such manufacturing defect only.

It’s important to note that certain products may undergo minor changes or upgrades between different production batches, and we strive to provide accurate information regarding such updates.

Is self-pick up available?

Certainly! Opting for self-collection is available, and you can choose this option during the checkout process. Before heading to collect your items, please confirm that you have received the email notification indicating “Ready for Collection” and consult our operating hours as mentioned in Question No. 3 above.

IMPORTANT: Kindly avoid arranging Grab or Lalamove for collection. If you prefer immediate receipt of ready-stock products, please opt for Delivery and then choose “Local Delivery.” For self-collect orders, we are unable to oversee or take responsibility for the delivery process.
